Manage Persona 

3.1 Create a Persona

  • Go to the Personas tab from the left menu. Select Manage Persona. Then click on the Add Persona button at the top.
  • Enter the Name of Persona
  • Assigned users to that particular persona by selecting user(s) from the left All Users and move them to the right Assigned Users.
  • Similarly, You can Deassigned Users by selecting user(s) from the right Assigned Users and move them to the left All Users.
  • Now Choose Module and Questions you want to assign to this persona. It would list all the modules and all questions under that particular module.

3.2 Edit Persona

  • In the List of Persona, click the Edit button in the Action Pane.
  • Make necessary changes in Name, Users and Modules/Questions click Save button.

3.3 Copy Persona

  • In the List of Persona, click the Copy button in the Action Pane.
  • You would notice Copy Of that persona would be created in the List of Persona.

3.4 Delete Persona

  • In the List of Persona, click the Delete button in the Action Pane.
  • You would get the message Are you sure you want to delete? Click Ok button to delete.

3.5 Assign Persona to Users

  • In the List of Persona, click the Users icon in the Action Pane.
  • Assign Persona to Users dialog box would be opened.
  • Assigned users to that particular Persona by selecting user(s) from the left All Users and move them to the right Assigned Users.
  • Similarly, You can Deassigned Users by selecting user(s) from the right Assigned Users and move them to the left All Users.
